We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager who has a proven ability to hustle, get things done, hit goals, and think outside the box. This job is for you if you like working with:

Lead generation

- Prospecting, generating, qualifying, processing, and following up on leads and appointment scheduling for our account/success managers
- Develop lead generation strategies to generate lead opportunities with prospective customers
- Initiates lead/demand generation strategies that include sales and marketing campaigns and initiatives


- Prepares pitches and own follow-through with the lead prospect
- Providing consistent, concise, accurate internal and external communications
- Effectively communicate and present the company approach and value proposition to customers

Lead qualification

- Providing consistent, concise, accurate and timely weekly/monthly sales lead generation activity reports to management
- Working collaboratively in a team environment and independently
- Creating email and social media campaigns to generate the leads


- Language skills: English C1
- Good written and verbal communication skills

Nice to have:

- Experience in Linkedin tools
- Familiarity in using CRM tools (Zoho, hubspot, salesforce)
- Experience in creating and executing email marketing campaigns
- Experience in social media marketing and management
