What is your proudest accomplishment?
One of my proudest accomplishments in my career as a talent sourcing specialist at Gegidze Agency was successfully closing the job opening, which required a unique, rare combination of stacks, and finding the right fit was quite challenging. However, through strategic sourcing and communication with the candidates, I was able to successfully close this position.
