About the project

Currently, we are looking for a top SAP Customer Service Analyst for our key client, which is a Prague, Czech Republic-based company, which specializes in delivering the best IT services needed for your business and innovation. Our client company allows you to get to the best projects first and being able to choose from the TOP projects of their global clients. The setup of their team is aimed at flexible cooperation, perfect service and timely delivery of required solutions.
Currently, we are looking for a SAP Customer Service Analyst to provide support to our client’s internal team and enhance the SAP Customer Service.

Your duties

As a SAP Customer Service Analyst, you will be responsible for:

- Enhancing the SAP CS and the flow of information among Salesforce, SAP and other client systems
- Providing support and supervision to the internal team
- Defining required documents and proposing solutions
- Cooperating with the developer for integration across systems

Requirements

- At least 2 years of experience in SAP deployment
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience with SAP Customer Service Module
- Ability to provide effective solutions
- English language upper intermediate (B2) is a must


Nice to have:

- Knowledge of Salesforce
- Bachelor’s degree
