Working on the back-end of “Contact Center Software”.
The system is written in Java, Spring with Event driven architecture and many microservices running on AWS.
Communication between services is achieved by utilizing Kafka, Redis, and REST APIs.
I owned the delivery of new features requested by our clients. Each feature was an epic requiring technical and architectural planning to properly set up microservices and communication between them to correctly deliver the business logic.
I also fixed bugs in production builds that were identified by our clients.

Worked on “Self Service Kiosk System”,
Allowing people to pay their utilities, phone bills, make transfers, all from a Kiosk box, without any assistance.
The back-end of the system was written in JavaEE and the front-end in GXT/GWT.
On the kiosk side we use custom-made language that combines XML, HTML, JavaScript and Java.
I had to work on maintenance and new features on most parts of the system, have changed core code and added new functionality, integrated new peripheral devices to kiosk side and much more.
